I would like to take advantage and acknowledge Rebecca Barens. I think that Rebecca is phenomenal. She always makes things right. She cares for her customer’s satisfaction, liability, compliance, security and safety. I had experience with Willow Insurance from my employer. Because of the great service my employer received, I switched my personal insurance to Willow Insurance as well. Willow Insurance Group is great and trustworthy. I have always dealt with Rebecca. This year is the first time I had a little experience with some of the team. If I had to recommend something, I think it would be helpful to set reminders for time management to ensure that the team does not miss or forget anything. This is just a suggestion.
